Shipping policy

*Free shipping Australia wide for orders of $30 or more

Timeframe:
- Your order will be shipped from our Melbourne warehouse 1-3 business days after receipt.
- Shipping time varies depending on your location.
- Delivery to metropolitan parts of VIC and NSW usually takes 1-2 business days.
- For other states and non-metro locations, please allow up to 7 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive.

Method:
- In most cases, goods are sent with our trusted courier partner, Couriers Please.
- In some cases (e.g. for remote areas), goods are sent with Australia Post.
- To get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, we select the Authority to Leave option, so if you are not home to accept your parcel, it will be left in a safe place on your property, out of the weather.
- If you would prefer for this option not to be selected, please make a note when you place your order or email snackpacks@harvestbox.com.au

International orders:
We're unable to ship small quantities outside of Australia - we're very sorry for any inconvenience this causes. To find out if we have a distributor in your country, please email snackpacks@harvestbox.com.au
