Refund policy

As Harvest Box products are food items, they are considered perishable and therefore cannot be returned. However, we will always consider refunding for or replacing defective items. If you are unsatisfied with your Harvest Box product, please let us know by emailing snackpacks@harvestbox.com.au with as much detail as possible, along with pictures (if relevant).

Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your original payment will be reimbursed to the card used to pay. Please allow 2-3 business days for a refund to be reflected on your statement.

Replacements
If your replacement request is approved, we will post a new item out to you at no further charge. Please allow 7 business days for your replacement to arrive, as postage times vary depending on where in Australia you are based.
